Can I get a refund after it opens?
Yes, within 14 days of buying if you have tried it and it is not right for you. Conditions apply: see the refund terms.
How long do I keep access?
For as long as we offer the course, and at least 3 years. Updates are included, so if NCCCO moves this exam to a newer code edition while you have access, your course moves with it.
What is the difference between the practice pack and the course?
The practice pack is the question bank and the timed practice exams. The course adds a lesson for every task in NCCCO's content outline, worked calculations, a study plan built from your diagnostic and an exam-day checklist. If any domain scored under about 60%, take the course.
Are the questions copied from the exam?
